3. How do I
receive my
coupons?
Once you
sign up
online, you
will be able
to login to
your
account.
Once logged
in, select
"make new
coupon
selection"
and select
the coupons
of your
choice. You
must choose
at least $25
worth of
your
favorite
coupons.
Once your
order is
submitted,
we will
automatically
process and
mail out
your
coupons.
Plus you
will be
notified by
email when
your coupons
are in the
mail

5. When
will I
receive my
coupons?
Your
coupons will
be typically
be mailed
out within a
few business
days. At
certain
times during
the month we
experience
very high
volume of
orders and
your order
may be
delayed. If
for any
reason the
coupons your
receive have
a shorter
then
expected
expiration
date, please
let us know.

often can I
order?
You
can order
either once
or twice a
month
(depending
on your
membership)
for up to
$25 worth of
coupons.
Most new
memberships
are eligible
for $50 of
coupons per
month.

number of

select?
Yes,
there is a
minimum of
$25 worth of
coupons,
plus 15
backup
coupons per
order; we do
this to make
sure we will
always be
able to fill
your order.

a maximum
number of
coupons that
I can
select?
Yes,
$50 per
month
(depending
on your
membership
type, most
new
memberships
can order up
to $50 in
coupons per
month).
9. Do the
coupons have
an
expiration
date?
Yes,
the
expiration
date is set
by the
manufacturer
and there
will
generally be
at least 14
days left on
the
expiration
date by the
time you
receive it,
but this
will vary.
10. I have
selected my
coupons and
I don't see
the order
button?
Once
you select
$25 worth of
coupons (or
slightly
more) you
will see a
"Proceed"
button
inside the
coupon
counter on
the right
hand side of
the page.
The button
only appears
after you
reach $25 in
coupons.

can I use
these?
As
long as the
supermarket
accepts
coupons you
can use
them.
12. How much
does it
cost?
If you
choose our
free trial.
The first
$25 in
coupons are
free, after
the trial
period ends
you will
billed $9.95
per month.
You will be
able to
order up to
$50 in
coupons of
your choice
each month,
plus receive
Susan's
supershopping
DVD and
Coupon Queen
Organizer.
In addition
you will
have access
to all
membership
areas. The
charge goes
to cover the
handling,
processing,
and other
non-coupon
fees. This
is a
recurring
charge and
will only be
cancelled
once your
membership
is
terminated.
13. Is my
billing
information
secure?
Yes.
All your
information
during
checkout is
secured with
SSL using
strong 128
bit, 56 bit
or 40 bit
encryption
depending
upon your
browsers
capability.
SSL encrypts
all the
information
exchanged
between you
and Select
Coupon
Program
while in
transit,
which means
that
personal
information
and credit
card details
cannot be
viewed by
outside
parties. In
addition we
encrypt all
credit card
data so that
no one can
view your
private
information.
14. How do I
cancel?
To
cancel your
account
simply log
in. Click on
the "My
Account" tab
and then
select
"Cancel".

my password?
If you
forgot your
password,
click on
"member
login" in
the header,
and then use
the "forget
password"
link.

What is the supplier program?
The Select Coupon Program Supplier Program allows you to clip, organize and
mail coupons from home and get paid for your time and effort. The supplier
program is free, there are no charges whatsoever. Simply sign up, read
the instructions, find coupons, and clip and mail.
Note:
We
do not pay
for coupons,
only for
your time
and effort
to clip and
organize
them.

can I
make
with
your
program?
Earnings
are
unlimited,
the more
coupons
you send
us the
more
money we
will
send
you.

How does
the
supplier
program
work?

Find
coupons
that
are
on
our
need
list
(you
can
access
the
need
list
once
you
register).

Submit
your
coupon
list
via
our
online
submissions
system.

You
will
receive
an
email
once
your
coupons
have
been
reviewed.

If
your
coupons
have
been
approved,
put
like
coupons
together
using
a
paperclip
or
rubberband.

Mail
the
coupon's
into
us
and
update
your
coupon
order
to
"mailed".

Once
the
coupons
are
received,
they
will
be
reviewed,
if
approved,
your
dashboard
will
update
with
the
amount
you
earned.
Note: You
must reach

commissions

paid?

suppliers

Yes, all
coupons
must
expire
in 45
days or
more.

Is there

maximum
number

coupons

send in?
No! The
more the
better.
Plus,
send in
coupons
as often
as you
want.

amount I
can send
in?
No, but
you must
send in
at least
10 of
the same
coupon
at a
time.

do not
send
checks
out to
suppliers
until
you
reach
$25 in
commissions.

pay?

5% of
face
value
for all
coupons
on our
need
list. We
pay for
your
time and
effort,
not for
the
coupons.

received
credit
for
some,
why?
There
are a
number
of
reasons,
the most
common
is
expiration
dates,
or your
order
might
not have
matched
what you
submitted
online.
